Ordered 2 chip rolls and waited extremely long,also noting their was few orders before ours so one would understand the wait yes but for 2 chip rolls it took very long.Food was ok and warm.

Food was great, I'll go as far as saying they have the best tasting food in town but they're doing themselves a major disservice by very seldomly having what you came for. I went for a steak gatsby but left with calamari because they didnt have any steak. On a Friday night. Second problem is you wait very long for your food to be prepared. When I arrived there was already maybe 12 to 15 other people waiting on their orders. I get that the size of the premises maybe dont allow for more staff or kitchen appliances but it is what it is.. waiting almost an hour for food is always going to cost you a star when it comes to reviewing any eatery.

I bought a Gatsby from this branch yesterday for the first time again in years. I was highly disappointed as the Gatsby roll was old, the chips was dry as if though it was standing in a warmer for hours. There was hardly any salads on and the bit that there was, was pap. It was the driest Gatsby I've ever had, I regret giving them another try because every time we go there it's the same problem. They don't even deserve one star to be honest

Bought a fish and chips parcel and it was a total waste . The fish was literally rubber! Never buying anything from them again.
