Lientjie is very professional and always keeping you updated with regard to when Technicians are on their way and advising on services required. Very friendly and organised! Only improvement might be that technicians should be fully aware of different products / models when installing aircons not to forget filters and wifi connectors in the plastic back with the manual. Hehe. But nothing seriously, it was sorted out immediately by Lientjie. Thanks dor the great service!

The entire team, from booking for the repair, the following up to confirm booking, the Technicians everyone was exceptional, the Technicians was on time and was friendly and very professional. They explained everything they are doing, even after setting expectation to only be able to come back the following day with the correct parts they arrived the same day and completed the repair and full service.Fantastic service I will recommend this company to everyone.Thank you to the whole team ! Excellent service received from Airconworld Centurion. Installation delayed due to strike but i was kept informed of progress. Lazarus and his assistant worked efficiently and neatly, polite and well informed . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company .
