One of the few friendly Telkom..stores left, Staff on the 23rd and 24th May 2023 have been spectacular,from the trainees to the Manager.

Sale agent Zoe leigh was very kind and patient with me and wife. And give her 5 stars. Perfect.

Staff members are not willing to help, showing caused of system to restart gonna take 3 hours, suggest to go to next telkom agent, things changed from my previous visit. They are salaried worker only, not telkom family member

Bad customer service. They couldn’t give me an indication of waiting time as they advised they were short staff. There were 3 staff members behind the customer service counter. Terry, please address customer service support at your branch.

I had the best customer service experience from a young lady named Cindy at Telkom Kenilworth branch. Good job!

My husband and I popped into Kenilworth Centre about two weeks ago. We had an existing Telkom landline and ADSL internet connection which we needed to make some changes to. Cindy Haywood, very efficient, very customer centric, very passionate about delivering excellent service was the Telkom Representative at Telkom Direct Kenilworth who assisted us that day. When we left Telkom that day, my husband and I couldn't believe that we were so lucky to be assisted by the perfect Telkom Representative, Cindy Haywood. She's a GREAT ASSET to your business. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.I wish I could say the same about the guy who welcomed" us at the door that day. I can't remember his name. He was cold

I would like to give special thanx to Zoe-Leigh Frantz for her excellent service! She has not only assisted me but my wife too on seperate occasions. All I can say is that Zoe is a huge asset to your team. She is the face of your store with her kindness, humor and bubbly personality. In the 15-20 minutes of being in store it felt like I've known her forever. Thank you Zoe!!!!

I would like to get someone to call me back as the numbers that are online are not working or they don't answer. Im starting to feel that this is a start to something not so great... I am already having bad service with the tokai branch and please don't let this be the next.

Popped into telkom store kenilworth and had the pleasure of dealing with Kaylin Cloete, by far the best customer experience I’ve had. Kaylin is knowledgeable,friendly and professional and always willing to go above and beyond with a smile. 11/10 would recommend dealing with her. She is what excellent customer service is.once again,thank you for always providing effortless, efficient and friendly customer experiences.the reason I keep returning for assistance
