Worst service ever. Refused to help me because they were closing in 40 min said I must come back the next day before 12. Why stay open to 7 when you refuse to service people after 6.

IVE SIGNED CONTRACT WITH THEM ITS 3 WEEKS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED COMMUNICATION NOR PHONE.. WORST STORE EVER THE WORST .. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE THEY DON'T FULFILL THEIR PROMISES. TFEY DAMAGING THE TELKOM BRAND.

Quick and easy to do contract renewal. Consultant was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that I could not add a smart watch to my contract due to no stock.
