Even if I could give them a minus 5 star review it still would not be enough to describe how upset I am. We went to Queens to purchase our first Beta fish and noticed one of there fishes were already ill. We asked the lady what signs must we look in the event he gets ill or whatever and was told if they get sick they are as good as dead. We had him for a week and we did everything they told us to do but nothing worked, he got fin rot and died today. These people have no idea what they are doing or even talking about. They will never see me as a customer in that store ever again. And I will make sure to tell anyone who asks me about them to avoid Queens at all costs. Pet and Pool gave much better advice and service! Will recommend them anytime!
