Food:Sometimes your pizza order is ready for ten minutes but the cashiers forget to call the order number. Sometimes the pizza is cut unevenly or hardly cut. However, the taste is always good and I'd go back for more.Service:The cashiers are rarely friendly. I don't know exactly why this is but if it is related to poor management and working conditions, I hope it improves.Waiting time:The waiting time is reasonable and I've hardly waited longer than the expected time. However, communication from the staff could be more frequent to let you know about the progress of your order.

It is a pity that there is so much trash lying around outside - it seems like the post covid students don't understands the function of a trash can. A dirty environment is the start of decay at all other levels.

The food is okay for the price. The facilities are clean enough.However, this Roman's seems to be somewhat understaffed, leading to waiting times of nearly an hour during busy times.The staff seems incapable of multitasking, and stand frozen while customers are paying instead of calling out orders that are ready.Ordering online doesn't help either. Avoid during lunch hour.The food might be worth the price, but not worth the sore feet from standing and waiting for your order.

No communication at all. Waited almost 30min for our pizza at the front door, store did not have many orders, maybe 2 other customers. Eventually decided to ask how far the pizza because we have been waiting for quite a while, only to find out pizza was done 10min ago. No order number was called because staff was on tbeir cellphonea during service. Completely ridiculous service.

Food: sub-par at best. Not even mediocre. The toppings were okay. Too little sauce. The dough felt and tasted weird.Service: Why are the staff awkwardly looking at me while I am waiting 20 minutes for my small pizza to arrive? I wanted to go get something at My Brew, asked them how long it would still be, they replied 3 minutes when in actual fact it took double that.Atmosphere: clinical.In this review I am definitely not looking to give constructive criticism-- I am here to complain. It was overall extremely disappointing and I will definitely not be spending my money here again!

I ordered BBQ chicken pizza pie today and it had chocolate sauce on the outside. my question: how did chocolate get mixed up with my order? Or maybe you did not wash the pans after making dessert pies and made my BBQ chicken pie with the same pan.

The cashier I encountered was not particularly friendly when taking my order.Also, I noted that there was a mis-labling on my receipt (I ordered a Stoney and a Cream soda was printed on the slip). The cashier was very rude when this was addressed. No customer appreciates anything that leads to potential mistakes happening when orders are received.The only positive aspect of the service was that I did not wait too long to receive the pizza ~ the pizza itself was oily to the point where I couldn't taste the cheese.

So I'm waiting in line right, I placed my order an hour a go and I'm waiting for my pizza slip in hand. A MANAGER comes along looks, says no its not done yet". I've been seeing this one pizza in the collection area from where I'm standing that i think is mine though. But cool
