This shop has been reported to SPCA! Animals kept in terrible conditions and this place refuses to listen to advice from experienced people! Small inappropriate cages for critters on sale too. Please do not take advice from this shop! What a shame that they don't want to learn...there are many critter groups that would recommend members to shop here, but we cannot support this cruelty. UPDATE: Since we are not given the opportunity to respond (we are blocked immediately when trying to offer advice)...there is no gain for any group or person trying to educate pet shops in the correct husbandry of the animals concerned, other than for their well-being. You were offered advice and decided to instantly take it as an attack from literally everyone who offered. As a result of your threats, all mention of your brand has been removed and you will not be offered any further support. However, we kindly implore you to do some extensive updated research into the animals that you stock" and sell products for. Any group will be more than willing to offer friendly assistance

Amazing store , reasonable price and great hours for that last minute moment

Just absolutely awesome service by awesome people. From the boss to the sales lady behind the counter and the gentleman on the floor assisting people. I watched them on how they interact with clients, the animals and each other and honestly, these guys are tops and yes , I can still say this after driving 50 kilos in rush hour traffic.

Very helpful staff and a good variety of things

Recently went to go buy a bird. Was so happy to see how much care and love goes into the animals! The ladies at front desk where incredible and so honest about the different birds personalities and which one they thought would be the best for my home.

Such friendly staff. They have the most beautiful birds and the manager Bianca takes such good care if them. The staff love their job and it shows. Your prices are so affordable and you have a wide variety, keep up the good work guys.

What an absolutely amazing place! The cockatiels are allowed to roam freely out of their cages and are so well behaved and trained. Got myself a beautiful Pearl mutation today and she was so loving. They take excellent care on their animals and give them constant attention. Service was great and employees super kind. Will continue to support this place for all my bird needs!
