Discovery sent my Son's phone to weFix for a screen repair. The service is shocking...day after day they have the same excuses...we didn't receive your email". Just bad service

Wefix Brooklyn deserves a compliment, judging from past experiences of others.I have an ipad 5 with a broken screen. Brought in, very friendly reception, explanation. The afternoon of induction, I received call the device is ready. Paid the amount quoted and received the warranty.There was a minor issue that I had to have resolved as a result of the repairs done afterwards - they received the product back from me, made no hassle or trouble and advised me what the process is. I was on email with them the whole time, and was provided prompt feedback and report of the process. Received device back with no issues.During this whole process, I was only met with friendly staff and awesome customer service.Sharing my experience in detail as these okes deserve the praise.Thank you!

Could not pay as credit card machines were not working. Tried 3 cards more than once each.When I asked what now - no response.I suggested EFT - bad internet reception made it difficult.Still no ‘we apologise’.They make suggestion: Leave device here and come back and pay later.Me: After driving 30kms to fetch device?Their response: NoneAfter 20 minutes of trying over and over and getting upset, was told to not shout.And apparently payment was also not possible with previous client. Why was problem not addressed then?They suggest: Maybe you can go and withdraw cash (almost R4000) and pay us.Finally left shop to make EFT where I could find connection followed by 2 staff and Security Lady who watched that I do not disappear without paying.In total, it took me 45 minutes to make payment.In short: Their devices are not working and then they make it the client’s problem without an apology.

A really professional outfit. My phone looked like roadkill after being run over . Somehow they managed to fix it, and within 24 hours too. Friendly, professional - these are the kind of people who restore your faith in the service industry - the big cell phone brands could learn a lot from them !

Repaired Iphone 5s broken screen. Service was very fast and phone works perfectly.Edit: Had to replace screen at a couple of different stores due to factory problems with their screens. Service was not good at most of them. Brooklyn's service was good. When they found a screen that worked it only worked for the duration of the warranty. Afterwards it almost completely stoped working.Had a few friends with similar experiences. One of whom had to buy a new phone because his iphone never worked again after a battery replacement.
