I ordered my Taroma and got it 3 days later. Communication and tracking my order was very easy.

My first order left a bad taste in my mouth, with them sending me a part that was clearly 2nd-hand and not new at all by the marks and dirt left on a water container for a robot vacuum which I ordered. However they were quick to assist me by sending me a new one free of charge without hesitation. I will still continue to order from them however I'm still weary regardless. I really hope they avoid this unnecessary mistake with future orders for myself and others. The lady at the store was very apologetic and understanding and wasted now time in correcting my order.

The product sent does not even work and when i try and call they reject the calls and don't even bother to answer. i would not recommend this company
