All seems well in the beginning and then service completely changes.They are crooks and I do not recommend their agency. Stay away.

The service here is shocking inappropriate. The people are incompetent and are not trustworthy. I will surely not recommend people to use their services. Such services are the reason why we have CPAs to protect us consumers from delinquents like this.

Worst experience of my life, Rindi and her company are vicious and criminal, I will be making a case against her, this should tell you all you need to know. Please don't be scammed and move to another agent.

My advice is to not do business with Rindi, very poor service, and darn right incompetent. Full of excuses, just do not work with them, you will be better off.

Rindi Steyn is an excellent estate agent with years of experience. She is an expert in student accommodation in the vicinity of UJ, Wits, AFDA, and the Academy of Sound Engineering. Highly recommended.

Do Not Use These People!!!! You will be scammed!!! You will not get your deposit back, if you do you will be lucky. Still fighting for mine. I know of people who had a terrible service with them. They are rude and incompetent.

Refuses to hand over paperwork, rent & keys after taking transfer of units they managed on behalf of the previous owner, will definitely be reporting them to the EAAB, full of excuses, internet has crashed, very busy with new student intakes, don’t have time for admin and the list goes on and on. Very unprofessional.

The worst agents I've ever worked with. You have to remind them to send you monthly rent due as agreed and you get charged for them being late. They make excuses like the pendemic is the reason why cockroaches are not fumigated. They take forever to respond to issues even when there is water leaking damaging cupboards in the end you'll have to pay for repairs with your deposit. You have to remind them about your deposit after leaving and are lucky if you get even half of the R5800 you deposited. You pay for electricity even 2 months after you've evacuated. They are rude, and send sarcastic emails. Internet issues will take months to fix. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're unfortunate enough to have no choice, record all they say coz they will sing a different tune later if its not on paper.

Agents are very quick to respond to emails before you sign your lease. As soon as you move into the unit, the service changes.I had to send multiple emails asking for a monthly invoice. I've only gotten this twice in the last six months. I had concerns about amounts shown in the invoice, this hasn't been addressed in the last couple of months.Lots of improvement needed from a customer service and professionalism perspective.

I spoke to Sonya, and she is a very helpful agent. She helped me thru my first rental and made my experience very pleasant
