I had a bit of a headache getting my order done. First they had the wrong details entered regarding my residence type even though I entered my information correctly. Then after that they sent the wrong address to the service provider to do the install. Their saving grace is that their agents are fast and efficient. They are friendly and help you very well. My issue was resolved as quick as possible as it was a tough one and they managed to fix the situation.

Horrible I had to wait, installation was done on the 16/06 however I only got connected on the 21/06,today my installers came 2 nice guys who explained the delay and to be honest I cannot blame them it's the company that got me a final warning at work, at least I'll be able to work as connectivity is completed.The journey of my installation /connectivity made me rate this way and because I got a warning (I work from home and needed connection).

The customer service agent, Shasta, was very helpful and polite and also very diligent at her job. She was very patient and went a step further to phone me to explain. My queries was handles very professionally by her and with utmost care.

Even though it takes forever to get hold of agent online when you try to reach them via whatsapp , whenever someone eventually connects the experience is usually hassle free my query gets handled very quickly and smoothly, just had an Amazing agent assist a little while ago.Keep up the good work, always a pleasure!

The WA consultants are great: knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Sometimes, the issues are out of their hands. It would be good if there was a notification of problems in a particular area and some kind of estimation of when it is expected to be resolved. Would make planning easier.

The service is amazing. It's short of a 5 star because the interactions with agents to resolve queries vary. One agent couldn't solve my issue while the other quickly resolved my issue.

It's taken more than 2 months to resolve a simple CLI issue...still waiting for it to be resolved. Second issue that I've had where I've not been able to use my phones to make or receive calls has taken more than a week to resolve...still waiting.
