Very bad experience. They replaced my windscreen and now there is wind coming in somewhere. Which means it is not right. I arranged with them that I will come on another day to fix it and when I got there the one employee was rude and did not treat me with the necessary respect. It is still not fixed. The service is really not up to the standards.

Adella assisted us over the phone and I could hear from the word go she knew what she was doing.We arrived at PG to get glass cut for a window and waited around 5 minutes, which was surprisingly quick.The reception and staff were friendly and very responsive.best service I've experienced in years. THANK YOU!

Went for smash and grab in Augustgreat friendly efficient service so this would have been a 5 star review. I recently requested a quote for 6 aluminum windows provided all measurements and was promised a quote the following day I followed up mtipke times with no luck. I guess it's just not that important. So my review score will have to change to a 2 guysThank you for you quick follow up after my Complaint I am on receipt of my quotes and and required informationThank you for your continued commitment to customer satisfaction guysYou are again back at 5 star service levels
