I am very happy with the service I've received from Roto Tank. We've organised both water tanks and a septic tank from them. We unfortunately experienced a factory fault in the septic tank which we found when filling the tank with fresh water and after quick communication with Roto Tank this was promptly resolved with a replacement. This is great after sale service.We confidently recommend Roto Tank.

We had gone to Rototank in George to confirm the durability of the tanks as we needed to get them into a very steep and difficult place of installation. We where guaranteed that the tanks can take a beating and they will be able to make it through to the area where we needed to place them. Riaan and Jacques came to deliver the tanks and even with an injured shoulder Riaan assisted us to get the tanks where they needed to be. Jacques is a great guy, when I originally went to look at the tanks be promised that they are durable and we wont regret going with them. He is a man true to his word. Well done Rototank George. You guys are great.

Utterly and completely useless. No communication, delivery takes weeks despite being told they have stock, no invoice, incorrect details. Never again, and such a pity as we would have liked to order some of their other products. Same goes for Douglas branch.
