They don't have what they advertise. The oil for R59 the shelf is empty.The vegetables are not good, I gave it to the lady at the vegetables counter.This is not good.

I grew up coming to this Superspar and I cannot believe how awful it is today. It has fallen into such disrepair! Broken tiles all over (and I'm talking about serious holes - not just cracks), wires crossing the floors, unkempt shelves, general unpleasant odor and in serious need of a deep clean. That's all I could take in during the two minutes I spent inside.

Great Store ! Always neat and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Love their specials and great value on produce. Parking easy and close. Definitely recommend a visit!

I have supported this shop for 8 years and paid my utility bills here, however the past 6-9 months I was turned away every single time I tried paying my Ugu account. Tuesday 6 June was no different, apparently they only take cash now. I requested to pay by card and ask to speak to the manager. The lady refused and I am still waiting for manager. Went to Checkers, and as always they took cards, their system worked and I realised that the refusal to assist customers were deliberate once again. I will no longer shop here.

They don't apply the specials as per advertised.Every single time I'm forced to check the amount I was charged and then confront them for overcharging me.It's then a process of spending a ridiculous amount of time waiting for a supervisor to reluctantly correct the error.
