Toys R Us Mall of Africa

First I had to return broken items and then missing items, and then I was given an incorrect item from staff. When I tried to exchange for the correct item I was told I can't because the box is open. Even though it is working fine. I spoke to the manager Carol who did not assist at all. Instead of making me feel like a customer, I got the feeling I was defending myself in court in a trial. Will not shop there again. Also, later found the item 50% cheaper in Checkers.

We had a very bad service yesterday from a lady called Tumelo. We were buying a Mickey baby car seat. We asked for the seat and Tumelo said go fetch the one that is on display. We said we want a brand new one, the one on display dirty.She then went to storeroom to check for the baby car seat, came back and said the item is finished.We asked to speak with the store manager and the store manager went to the store room and came back with the car seat.We have been buying things (High chair, baby walker, pram etc) here since last year and we been receiving good service but is like things have changed.The attitude we got from this lady made us reconsider buying at this store ever again.We hope things will get better.

Great store with great variety... But where are the trolleys! Pathetic that we have to use the trolley from Woolworths at your store. What if a single dad or mum comes to buy a box or 2 of nappies. With their kids.

Purchased a Snookums double electric breast pump from this store. I will not advise anyone to purchase this product, extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Product doesn't work as it should. I had taken it back to the store, only to be told It could not be exchange or be refunded. The product needed to be repaired. Done that and still the product does not work. Will not be purchasing any from this store in the future.

My kids love this store!!! The mall of Africa store is well stocked and caters for all! Staff were friendly and very helpful, even security at the exit did his job with a smile! Thank you for making my shopping experience at your store a pleasure!

Staff provided incorrect price. I phoned twice to make sure that it was the correct price. I drove 30 Kms instead of the 4 Kms to Cresta where I live. Only to find the toy was way more expensive than the price I was given telephonically. There was several other Lego items I would have liked but there is no prices on shelf's especially the exclusive Lego sets. Only way is to scan the prices and the que at the tills is very long. The guy in front of me walked out.
