SWIPE LEFT (or be warned): The main point of a BROKER is to be the ASSISTANCE between the INSURANCE company and the INDIVIDUAL.Unfortunately, Phoenix Risk DOES NOT meet this requirement. Being a customer for SEVERAL YEARS – interactions with them are like reading TERMS and CONDITIONS documents not interacting with HUMANS.Most notably the staff no matter what level seem to OPERATE AS INDEPENDENTS and not answerable to any type of misconduct. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY, should you experience poor customer service. You are ON YOUR OWN.There are many BROKER options out there if you do not wish to deal direct with insurance companies.BE WARNED Phoenix Risk offering is well below average.
