Illume hired our chairs, subhired them to another client, went against all our contract terms and now claims that they were scammed by the people hiring from them (they never even received the hiring fee in their bank). Beware this company does not own the decor. They now refuse to pay us to replace the chairs or deliver / return chairs to us as per our contract!!! The woman who owns the business’s husband is a lawyer and they are dragging the case, refusing to pay or agree to payment terms that I offered, probably hoping that i will back down because lawyer fees are more than the value of the chairs R50k+. WARNING do not support businesses like this. No respect or business etiquette and if they will do this to another company in the industry, acting invincible, they will do this to you. No accountability. The reviews below is her reviewing her own company. Look out for the single review people and she reviews her own company below so false reviews. Stay away.
