Absolutely incredible service from Rene at the office!! Had a package delivered to my husband, which was delivered to the wrong address. After contacting Rene, she kept me up to date while the package was being traced - which is not even her job! Thank you so much!

Beautiful place, so peaceful and quiet. Went to the mall the next morning when I came back the place was clean, super suprised about it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying there, not expensive and worth each penny.

1. The bed the ycall double is a single bed very small too take a booking for 2people.2. They don't have electric back up for load shedding.3. If you don't have a car you can't use public transport. The place is well situated but not wise to not have any shops around where they don't serve breakfast.4. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and very well presented. The administration person is proffessional and welcoming.5. I felt insulted when they made us sleep on the same sheets for three nights6. They have house keeping only during their hours. We arrived on Friday I was impressed and even complimented them. Saturday they did not clean our room, bins still dirty bed not made because of load shedding we couldn't leave early we needed to wait as we not from that Province we did not iron our clothes. I would have expected people with no backup of electricity to yell guests please expect load shedding these hours.We then had to wait for the electricity which came back at 12h00. Nobody told us the staff is leaving at 14h00. Coming back from an event tired to be forced to sleep in a dirty room was bad.7. I asked for the iron? They gave me a faulty iron theu know. It got cold and I call from my phone they gave me another one and they told me that one is faulty.8. There is no user friendly plug. You literally have to push the bed to plug the iron. I asked the supervisor how do we iron and she answered saying you will see yourself. Even after I made her aware by saying I did not leave my home book here and paid to come make a plan to iron. I guess she thought I was her friend since I was nice and spoke in siZulu she repeated that I will make a plan.9. Second night they made the bed but the sheets were not changed and so we're the grey towels. So much that they hanged the towels on the wardrobe handles, because I came early I found them still damp and they provide only two.10. The lack of communication with clients worsens the situation.This could be one of the most wonderful place to be if only they took the clients serious and show them respect. I did engage the management while I was there to share everything I say here buy they watered it down and said yes their staff knocks off at 14h00

Loved it there service was on point and ate night it was a chilling environment and the rooms was very clean

No back up generators, after the load shedding we had a TV reception problem which was never resolved and was ignored till morning

Nice place for the price. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Saw a security guard walking around late at night. Will stay again when in the area.

Rooms are not clean. Totally unwelcoming. Never again.

Tip don't order in. No one delivers even via Mr D in Newcastle.Thanks for the doggie treatsIt was a nice touch. Covie and Chuckie loved them.100% for clendliness at this venue.
