Wow! What a journey! My son and I started with Journey 2 Health in 2021 and words cannot describe sufficiently how our lives have been changed. In the last 7 months alone, my son lost 18 kg fat and 102 cm, and I lost 84cm and 14.8kg of fat. My Son's viceral fat reduced with 51% and is back into the normal acceptable range.
