Just had my Gibson J45 set up by Simon with a new nut, neck straightened, a strap button fitted. I also had the battery pack resecured with new velcro and the battery replaced. New strings on and it was ready to go! Plays like a dream! I can highly recommend Concept and Simon to set up your guitar!

This shop was excellent. It has all kinds of musical instruments and the best part is its open on Sundays. We went for a guitar string repair and the service was excellent. There was a guy am not sure about his name, as soon as we entered he welcomed us and explained us all of our queries as if he was reading our mind. It's a go to place friends.

Great experience here, Simon is a top bloke and helped me out choosing my first proper acoustic guitar. He even chucked in a few extra pieces to help me get started. I will be sure to come back when I get into electric whenever that may be.

I took the plunge and purchased a guitar from the East Coast, sight unseen.Customer support was excellent, assuring me of my concerns for shipping of a fragile classical guitar.The technicians had also installed a strap button for me which turned out perfectly.The Alhambra guitar is a wonderful instrument which was packaged well and arrived still in tune.

I recently visited Concept Music Store in Wembley and was very impressed with the service I received. Tony helped me to fix my bass guitar and He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has a great selection of music instruments for Mid-High range. For many times, I ended up going to this store after looking to other stores for particular items, they probably not the biggest in Perth, but they do have great selections. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality music instruments and excellent customer service.

Such a good experience coming here and the level of professionalism. Ben really helped me find what I was after, and ordering the product from over east, it came in super quick. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back to in future.
