Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had in a spares shop! The politeness of staff on the phone, at the counter, and at the pay station, was EXCEPTIONALLY note-worthy!It was a textbook lesson to all service teams on how to treat a customer!

Despite not getting what I actually needed, the staff was actually quite helpful. I needed a clutch cable, but when it came time to install the cable, we noticed that the end was broken and the cable was the wrong one, so getting a replacement wouldn't help any. I contacted the store and told them of the matter and they gave me a full refund without any hassle. I expected them to accuse us of breaking the end.

When numerous Goldwagen failed to find parts for my Mk1. Manny at Autozone quickly found a replacement and ordered it for me. Under-promised and over-delivered. Excellent service young man!!
