Dial a Bed Woodmead

Brilliant service. Hezekial helped us find the right bed for us. Delivery was supposed to be in a week but we got the bed one day after purchase. Very impressed!

HiThe in store experience was good, Theo in Woodmead branch did helped me right.I would like to inform all buyers that when you decide on a buying a mattress rather do it online you may check on the product in store.The reason being, It saves you some money the free delivery only applies when you do online order + you may also qualify for 5% extra online discount. Had I known this in advance, I would have easily saved some good amount.

Nice and quality brands

I had a good experience we went in to buy a bedset salesman was very good . Took time to answer all my questions concerning the different brand of bedset .That helped me to make and informed decisions about the bedset I purchased. They having a lot of special and their prices are good .

Not impressed with the service received from this store. The sales representative tried to convince us that his products are better than sleepmaster, by accusing them of lying and misinforming clients. Won't do business with dial-a-bed again. Note to sales representative - Tell me why your product is better by focusing on the value-adds, not by bashing another store and their products.

Very poor experience. We showed the dimensions of my mattress and the Sales representative suggested a size of the base which was wrong and delivered. When called upon, i was asked to pay the delivery charges again(for the same day) and it was not delivered as promised. Ezikiel was so rude on the phone and wanting me to understand him ??? It should ideally be the inverse. A sales person should be patient to hear the customer. I paid two delivery charges for a mistake of the sales person and inspite of paying doe same day delivery i got the right base delivered 3 days after paying twice the delivery charges. Worst ever experience a customer would face for a product that has no warranty !!!!!!

The staff were friendly and nice. They made us feel comfortable trying out all the beds. The guy helping us was very honest about each bed. Unfortunately the bed that I did want was not in stock, and I'd only get it next month, so I got the second best one of my choices and I'm very happy with the purchase! The delivery was on time as well.

I just want to say thank you to Dial a Bed for your awesome after sales customer service. Wow! will definitely recommend these guys when buying a bed. (and Simmons too! thank you Simmons for the great after sales service too)
