The staff are miserable and rude they aren't helpful and if you ask them for help it's like you being a burden to them. Pathetic customer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there unless you can stomach bad service.

The staff at this store is always so rude, I'm duprised they have stayed in business for so long with such bad service, the store I'd dull n not very welcoming. No nice stock very dated.

Excellent prices & selection of goods. Good service. Shaded and secure parking. We drove quite a way to this place and it sure was worth it. They have gained us as repeat customers.

Service is always pretty decent. It's finding the staff that sometimes takes a few minutes but once you find them, they are helpful. If sale prices are only on specific colours for example, please may this be advertised specifically cause I've had an issue where I was now told that the colour I want is a different price but the sale poster doesn't specifically say this.

Doesn't deserve a star at all. Place is running on empty. No longer under the same ownership and it shows. Time to close up shop and call it a day.

Do not waist your time. There is absolutely no service. You can look but no one to help even when I asked someone, it seemed like i was bothering them in their sleep. This happened more than once and I gave them another chance to prove me wrong. Never again will I go here.

What an absolutely useless place this Fabric Link is. Was at one stage a pleasure to visit, now nothing short of a dump. the stock is filthy, no staff of any calibre to help you. and once you ask somebody for help, they cannot even make eye contact when speaking under their breath. You can get more information from a boy on the street, than at this so called fabric shop. Fabric Link, understand you are useless, and will never see us for any business ever in your life again.
