I got home from a rough long day on a Sunday night to find that my deadbolt lock was not engaging with my key. Jason from Diamond was the only locksmith I could get to come out. He attended quickly and had me inside within minutes after arriving. Very friendly and professional, highly recommended!

Amazing business. Instead of hard sell me a new lock. They repaired mine at a fraction of the cost, which using the old lock, made it easy for me to install back again. A BIG THANK YOU

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating. I booked a job to restore one door lock and install an electronic lock. They assisted me in the shop, updated me as to the time the installer would attend and were able to fit me in on the following day.The installer was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. Perhaps not the cheapest place in town but also not overpriced. The quality of the service means you don't have to call them back to fix problems.I would be happy to recommend them.

WASTED MY TIMEI give 2 stars for courtesy, but -3 for quality. I needed a spare safe key. So I sent them a picture of the key, the number stamped on it, and the safe manufacturer. I asked if I could have the key mailed to me because I live 3/4 hour away - no, I would have to bring a key to them so they could make a copy. They would have to order a blank.Yesterday they called me to say they had the blank, so I drove to their store in Osborne Park. The person who served me was very polite, but seemed vague when I handed him the original key. I had to remind him of everything previously discussed by email.He cut my key, charged me $18, and I returned home with it. Total time spent 1 1/2 hours plus the exchange of emails. But they key didn't fit my safe! What a bunch of time-wasters.

Big thanks to Michael and his team out at Diamond Lock and Security. Offered some great advice when they came out to Burswood to quote and then got the job done in super quick time. Prompt, polite and friendly. Top quality service.I'd recommend them to anyone.

Called this place as they promote free call out and I had a different job that needed someone to see. Came out to look and had no suitable options and charges $40 call out fee.

I have used the services of Diamond Locksmiths for a number of years, and without fail every member of the team with whom I had contact provided me with excellent service which was courteous, friendly, helpful (more that one might expect) and of the highest calibre. I called Diamond a few months back when I locked my keys out of my Stirling home. A very experienced team member was at my door step in minutes. He was thorough, resourceful and methodical in following the businesses procedures. He found the most easy access point and was able to get a tricky & older lock lubricated and opened in 5 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

Look elsewhere if you need an emergency locksmith.Wholly excessive costs - especially compared to the rest of the market, makes you pay even more for using a card (7x the reasonable cost of acceptance), doesn’t arrive close to on time or keep you updated if running late, doesn’t issue an invoice even if you ask for it, and is so unprofessional that they put call out staff at risk - having them work even if they haven’t had reasonable sleep or downtime (this one had barely 2hrs of sleep in the last 48hrs - which is dangerous).
