Probably the best Muay Thai gym in town. The atmosphere is friendly and non-toxic and you tend to get more individual attention than other gyms.

I attend the Women's only class on a Monday & Wednesday evening at 6.30pm and joining was the best decision I've made! Ray is an amazing trainer and really gives each of the members attention and I've learnt so much since joining a month ago. I've lost weight, I've learnt how to defend myself and I've gained confidence. Classes are so much fun! Monday's and Wednesday's are now my favourite days of the week!
