The answering machine says that a person can dial 2 for the clinic but I was told by the chemist that the nurse doesn’t take calls. I heard that only after I wasted a lot of time to make multiple calls that were not answered. That voice on the machine should be changed- it’s misleading.

Worse service I received from this store and I'm never setting my foot there again after standing for a 30min waiting for the till to reboot as it shut down then I'm told the purchase didn't go through I must swipe my card again after the money reported leaving my bank I'm told it will be reversed till now no reversal and I left the store without the items I went to buy ended up going to dischem to purchase them,I'm furious they better pay my money back or so help me god

I went to thus store on Monday the 19th July 2021 to get the vaccine since they have been advertising that they accept walk-ins and to my dismay that wasn't the case. I was told to write my name and my contact number in the book and I will be contacted to come in the next day to date I haven't received a call from them. No surprises there didn't have a pleasant experience with the person managing the process.

Very disappointed in the clicks at somerset west mall...my daughter Janice was being assisted by one of the employees when another employee( white)shouted at her to leave that meid" and to come help her. My daughter being called a "meid"is totally unacceptable.are we still living in that racist society? Clicks you guys should relook your policies and explain to your employees what is customer relations..How do I explain to my kids that this is not the world we living in..totally disgusted.."

This review is purely for anyone thinking of having their ears syringed at this Clicks outlet: DON'T!!I booked an appointment last Tuesday (2nd May) for today, Friday 5th, at 09:30, did all the olive oil infusions in my ears as required, rocked up for my appointment at about 09:25, only to be told the sister I booked with and who does the syringing isn't in today! I would have thought a message (they have my phone number) could have been sent that would have stopped me coming all the way from Gordon's Bay, but then maybe I live in a parallel universe where people try to be professional. Unfortunately, the appalling way I've been treated is JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!Oh, and if this is the general standard of their work, maybe it's better NOT to let them dig around in your ears. I perhaps had a lucky let off?9/5/23 Added in response to owner: Sorry, mate, but I've wasted too much time already on this issue and don't really want to get into a discussion with you. The facts are as stated above and if you can't work out my problem from there, heaven help us.

18 April 2023Appreciation how the female Manager of the branch dealt with a faulty clothing Iron. She had to make a call between what the customer said and the logic of the situation. One can definitely share the experience as highly positive and satisfactory.Thank you Clicks for a Manager like her.

I like the clicks when i need toiletries and things, i just Hate it at the clinic. The nurse at the clinic do not handle you well. I went there to have a procedure done and now i have to get it redone because the nurse at clicks did not do it properly. On top of that i asked her if they accept medical aid, she said no. which contradicts the previous nurses answer which was yes. so which one is it. Also when you get to the clinic you wont know all the information until you get to your appointment. I went there in the holiday, to get the procedure done.. I was then told that the current nurse cant do it and i have to remake the appointment till after the nurse who can do it is off leave. I then came to the appointment just to hear that the products they have are expired etc. They honestly need a new system and higher standards before they see me again.

I am so disappointed by what just happened. I literally just spent so much of my hard earned money in this store because I like the clicks 3 for 2 special. But while leaving with my 4 huge bags of items purchased, I was approached by staff to let me know that I am not allowed to take the trolley out of the store. They made me, a 7 months pregnant woman carry all my bags out of the store.
