Worst service ever..considering that, people pass by that town to jhb.! Worst service from the people that take orders even the laddies making them they were just chatting around while some of us are in a hurry.!! They also don’t have ingredients. Please fix this.!!

I placed and order on 27/01/2023 at 19:43Firstly rhe driver brought the wrong order and i sent it back because we cannot eat what is on that pizza. It is now 22:40 and rhe driver never came back. Poor service, never again in my life will i recommend Pongola Debonairs.

Eventually just left my order. 25mins wait for a small pizza and coke. Poor service prob saved me the from food poisoning.

The reason why they don't get the tip frm the customers it's because they don't great customers with a smile and ask if they can help.If they gave ur order to somebody else it's not useful inform them because they will give you another pizza same as yours if it's there on the shelf..And as a supervisor/ a manager of the shop it's your duty to make a customer happy if there is a mistake somewhere and offer the customer at least a cheapest cold drink so she or he can leave the shop with a smile...after that before you close the shop that day make sure you discipline ur staff tell them to make sure that the business doesn't lose the customers...you need us to pay their salaries..to pay rent..and to keep the business running.PLEASE BE WORRIED OF LOSING BUSINESS.

The Staff Is Super Slow , I Placed An Order And Waited For 55 Minutes . What Could Take Soo Long, A FLIPPEN REAL DEAL PIZZA! The Restaurant Is Not Even Full.To Top It Off , They Give You Attitude When You Enquire About The Order And Waiting Period.Horrible Experience!
