Had my nails done at The Treat in Bayside Mall. Was offered a complimentary bottled water. Love the end result after my nails were done. Went on a Thursday for there acrylic special. The nails looked natural, which is my preference. Lasted long, very relaxed environment and the nail technician was very interactive.

2nd visit. First time a pedicure. This time manicure and pedicure special. Never had before so cannot compare but I've got no complaints. Professional and pleasant service at a very reasonable price. Try them, guys.

Thank you to the ladies at the Treat for a lovely experience.I really like the fact they talk walk-ins only and I didn't have to make a booking. Plus I was helped immediately and the ladies were really helpful.The Treat has several frsnchises across the country and besides the technicians being able to create beautiful nails, the prices are quite competitive.A few letdowns: they didn't have the colours I wanted, the chairs for manis was uncomfortable and a couple of my had an uneven finish.Overall it was a nice 'treat'experience! This place should not be called The Treat. It is everything but that. Thenail tech was very rude and had a don't care kind of attitude. She started filing my nails for the soak off and it was hurting. I could feel my nail beds burning. I told her that it was hurting me. She replied with I have to file your nails so it is going to hurt." I've done multiple soak offs for gelish and my nails have never been filed that far back. The pain was terrible. She also started cutting my nails and made it so short. After she cut the first one I realized how short it was but it was too late so all the nails needed to be cut.The colour I chose on the swatch versus what was applied was very different. I told her the colour is incorrect

I've been using the treat for quite a while and I must say that Im absolutely done, my nails are completely damaged and I consistently have to go in for repairs. It's more expensive than going to a place that charges more, because you would probably have much better quality and not have to come in once a week, I haven't had a set that didn't break in under 4 days, in ages. The last straw was when I got them done last Thursday for Christmas and they already broke by Saturday so I didn't even have nails For Christmas which was the entire purpose of me getting them done. I'm sorry, this place is just not worth the money. And I've definitely given them a fair Chance.

Got my nails done a week ago, Acrylic tipsAfter a day my paint starting chipping on my right hand and my thumb and pointer finger (left hand) nails fall off with less than a week of wear.Super disappointed with the service provided.Would not recommend.

Every single Nail was crooked and made a different shape…I came in with a photo asking for a simple nail art design and asked specifically for a nail tech that can do the design I said if that’s not possible no problem I can choose another style but they said it was easy. The lady was not able to do the nail art and we had to wipe off yet somehow I was still charged for it plus the shaping was so wonky that I paid extra for…the staff were friendly but the service? I can do better myself at home

Had my nails done at The treat in Sea Point. Lovely service. The technician was pleasant and she really did an amazing job considering the way my nails looked when i got there. I told the lady yhat i am not a long nails kinda girl and she did her magic!!Happy with the final product :-)

Absolutely shocking results . I don’t think the staff has professional training. My daughter came home with something out of trash story series . I am certain she could do a better job herself.She was actually charged for this and the technician was happy with the result.I tried to call several times but the spot apparently never pics up the phone.We have booked a new technician to remove the nails.I haven’t seen anything this bad in ages.My daughter and her friends found the place on-line .Please save yourself a major disappointment.

Post looks like it was deleted so I’m reposting. I went in to the treat sea point to get my eyebrows tinted. The lady doing it said I need to wax my brows, I told her I don’t want to have it done. She then decided to wax my brows, without my permission. On top of that, my skin was bruised and bleeding because of this.
