The alarm went off this morning at 5am. A lady called and i told her that we need help, 45 minutes later, there is still no one on the premises. Your life is precious, chose another security company.

Worst service I have ever had. They made an appointment to give me a quote but never arrived. No explanation, no apology.Stay away from them

During an incident , CHUBB'S response was very poor (arrived an 1hr post incident after the panic was pressed). I had to call another security company to aid me in place of CHUBB , they arrived within 10mins. This is unacceptable
