What a service, pleasant faces all around, and the groomer deserves all the 5 stars and more! Our pup is usually not himself every time he comes back from grooming, but today we tried Family Pet Centre, and I've never seen him sooo happy after grooming. No effort from us to try and bring him back to his usual happy self.

The dog grooming is great and the staff doing the work is friendly. They treated my dog so well, I'm more than satisfied. A bit more pricy than others but worth it.

Was my first time visiting this shop and will not be my last. The layout is amazing and stock is packed out, making it easy to find what you are looking for. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible with some limitations. Staff is friendly and helpful. A lot of pet / animal products and also speciality items. This was a great experience and highly recommend visiting them next time you are in the area or looking for something specific for your pet. The have a grooming parlor and coffee shop at the back. Ample free, open and security watched parking available.

It's an amazing experience walking around the shop, an awesome experience to see what you catering for in the animal kingdom.Staff are very helpful even carrying my Babies to the car after being groomed. Also with answering questions about treatments for itching Lilly (the Albino Yorkie)

The best pet shop in Pretoria east area. Well stocked with pets as well as accessories. We bought an African Fat Tail Gecko and got great advice on how to care for it and which one to choose.

Found comfortable disabled person's parking in the center, under a lovely shady tree. Entry to Family Pet Center allows for wheelchair and crutch dependant persons. A peaceful and wonderul store, well ventilated in the heat of the day. They really have everything for every type of pet lover. Our five dogs went in for a Premium" grooming session. They all emerged happy and clean. The staff handled them in a professional yet loving manner. We had the most lovely Cuppachino for only R10 and in my wanderings through the store even saw a miniture croc...for real! I can't wait to visit here again."
