Be careful of this company: Irresponsible and unethical behaviour of management! Using 6 months mandate (duplicate they promise to email, which never arrives - probably part of scam) to illegally let property and pocket proceeds. They decline responsibility for damage by their tenants as well as return of funds by blaming employee for scam who they conveniently fired in the process. They never in 6 months produced one single interested party of prospective buyers whilst place was occupied by their illegal tenants. Terrible experience making one very suspicious of this industry...
