If you like your food cold and your drinks hot, no seasoning on your chips and none in the bag, then this Nando's outlet will be your favorite. ZERO STAR RATING!! 90 minute delivery times. contacted your HQ as you advised.......their service was just as shocking as yours. Have still not heard from them. Seems to be a common thread - Nandos poor customer service!!!

WORST NANDOS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!After placing an order for delivery. And waiting for an hour and a half. The driver gets the address wrong thrice. Blames me for providing a wrong address, and then forces me to stand outside in the cold. Eventually, when he arrives - he claims to make some apologies for going to the wrong address.After all this; I opened the food. Disgusting to say the least. Ice cold, heavily burnt, and multiple other items missing and not as per the payslip!All this wait for nothing, and I still have to go out to buy food at 9.30PM
