Autospeed

I had the thermostat replaced in my Ford Ka. However, after getting my vehicle back, it severely struggled to start and had absolutely no power. I had it diagnosed at a different auto repair centre and it turns out the Temperature Sensor Unit within the thermostat was faulty. AutoSpeed did replace the sensor for free, but it is indeed worrying that they installed a faulty part in my car without noticing. I'm not sure I would trust them with my vehicle again.

After taking my Ford Bantam Bakkie today and yesterday to replace my drive shaft seal where it was leaking gear oil. I had the seal replaced yesterday. This morning before I went to work I checked underneath the car if it is still leaking. To my surprise I found that it was still leaking and I contacted Deon. Deon told me to bring it in. After bringing it in he checked it out and told me it was not leaking but it was just gear oil sweat. They decided to give it a steam clean to clean it up properly. As a loyal customer that has been coming there for almost 10 years. I am somewhat disappointed in the service I have got this time. They could have done a better job.

Very good customer service and reliability, whether you book your car in for a service or in an emergency they are always there for you. I have brought two of my cars to them and I have never had a days worth of trouble since.
