Crisscross Adventures

Crisscross has a variety of great activities, we did the Addo full day safari, river safari, and ATV 's and they were loads of fun. They prepared snacks and lunch, and alwasywent above and beyond.

Chris took us out for the Sundowners cruise. It was such a pleasure from the booking experience to the sunset view. We went out on a bad weather day but Chris found places that were sheltered so we could take in the views. We even got to climb the sand dunes which was a bonus I was not expecting. There's no bathroom on the boat but there are facilities at the start point in Colchester. I will try the sandboarding next time I'm in town.

Lots of fun enjoying the sandboarding. The boat ride was great with all the sights and interesting insights.All the equipment supplied is well looked after and the family never felt unsafe using it.

We had a super nice half day tour. Our guide was very dedicated and drove quite a long distance to give us the chance to see lions. Successfully! Unfortunately we forgot his name. He was originally from Durban :). We were so happy, we could see lions spotting their prey and up close elephants, zebras, buffalos and a hyena. Since the animals were so close the tour was a unique experience.

Crisscross Adventures is an amazing adventure place in Addo. I called them just before closing time and they were able to accommodate me the following day with quad biking. The booking was effortlessly and confirmation was done immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our tour guide was awesome, super friendly, kind, cautious and kept checking if we are okay. We had lots of questions and he had all the answers.I would definitely recommend using their services on your next adventure trip in Addo. They offer a wide range of activities including trips into Addo National Park, full day and half day.P.S we were running late from another tour 45mins away and Crisscross stuff were very accommodating and professional in handling our delay. Thank you for the kindness and obviously 2hrs of fun!

Spent a lovely winter's morning in Juneon the Sondagsrivier with these competent and well informed guides from Crisscross Adventures. Bird watchers and fossil hunters will truly appreciate the tranquility of these surroundings

We booked the all-day Addo Elephant Park Tour, and so glad we did! Our guide Gibson was a font of information, and proved to be an excellent host for the day. He kindly and patiently answered all our questions, never made us feel stupid, yet was comfortable in correcting our occasional mistake, like a true teacher. The braai lunch was delicious, and we greatly appreciated the interesting vegetarian option that we had requested. While we might well have seen some of the animals if we had done a self-drive, we wouldn't have had a clue about what was going on. Big thanks to Gibson and Crisscross for making this day an absolute highlight of our vacation in South Africa.

Fantastic canoe river trip with Chris. From start to finish everything was really well organised, but relaxed. The scenery was beautiful and Chris’s knowledge of the river, the wildlife and the birds added to the whole experience. We would definitely recommend it.
