Had my vacuum that needed a repair I waited over 5 weeks. Did not have my calls returned! When I went in store to find out they offered me my money back so they had not even looked at it. I advised I would wait a few more days if it was to get done. When I collected it was $100 just to shorted the lead after over 5 weeks and terrible service I would not recommend.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. They had a very expensive Philips Iron for 2 months, after 4 phone calls during that time I was finally told it was unrepairable, and they would dispose of it for me! The person I spoke to on my last call couldn't decide if they had got the final answer the other week" or "the other day" or "it just came through and we were going to call you today" I would never go to them again

DIRECT COFFEE SUPPLIES id recommend these guys to fix any appliances they repaired my washine machine and fridge and it was a great experience. Good to see great customer service ...pricing. Definitely recommend.

I found these guys informative and professional. Had an issue with oven door installation and the tech guys easily explained what I had to do. Other option was for the tech guys to come and install the door themselves at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

Long story short.Don't use them.My coffee machine under warranty took 5 weeks to come back to me.After first use it broke exactly the same problem as when i returned it to the Goodguys under warranty.The repair report said the grinder had been replaced and tasted!I looked at the grinder and it did not look new to me. In fact it looked like the old one!

Don't waste your time with this repair company. Ended up doing most the work myself when the technican arrived as he was unable to remove my stove top to get the oven out. I employed them because I'm busy doing other work but ended up diagnosing the problem myself. The technican came to my house and wasted the first 15mins of time looking for a problem when I already told him what it was. Leaves with the oven in the middle of my kitchen, stove on breakfast bar the all the screws and fasteners on the floor. The worst was yet to come. When they say they'll get back to you with the cost of the part replacement the next day absolutely nothing!! So i try calling them instead and I just got run around in circles as to why nothing has happend. Shame I have to give them one star it's a negative 5 from me. Just take ya money then let you wait with no cooking appliance. Don't give them any money untill the job is actually finished that might hurry them along. So far all they have shown me is they are messy theives. Don't use them!!

Emailed 2 weeks ago enquiring about spare parts and have received no reply.

Bought a part from them which would take 5 minutes to attach and they wanted $55!! .......where is the customer service these days... The old Swift staff would have just done it!!
