Every single time I order from them it’s wrong. I literally make bullet points to make it as simple as possible and it somehow still shows up wrong. I’m at a loss for words.The one thing they are really good at though is sending “debtors invoices” for that they deserve a medal. 1 for delivery 5 for demanding payment

We buy food from FoodGistics since more than a year and EVERY time they deliver there is a huge waste of time for us, their guys and their accounting office with the issue of COD" and "EFT" and to be honest we are sick & tired...they just take your order and never ask if you want to pay cash or EFT ...but when the guys deliver they ONLY accept cash ...is this the way???? Anyways as a boutique hotel we move to another suppliers
