Not willing to help... u must bring the animal so they can charge a R800 plus fee first...I find that a money making racket...al I needed was some tablets... which another vet was happy to supply...

They are very efficient but expensive. Had a bad experience with the vet that worked before

Dr Bob is phenomenal. Thank you Johannes and Dr Bob for enduring my overprotective, paranoid dog mom self while our boy was in for emergency treatment at 9pm night before a public holiday.

Closest after hours vet available on New Year's Eve. We returned from Cape Town to find our retriever very unhappy - Dr. Bob checked him out, and kept him in hospital for two nights.Well cared for, and came home happy chappy.

Friendly staff. Just ONE small problem. If you go to them over a weekend to trim nails it will cost you R450 instead of R150. The Vet did not tell us that you pay for consultation over weekend. I am realy upset. I will not go there again. Never. Will rather to Lambton vet next time. Nowere on the gate or office they inform you about this extra cost. This is unacceptable. Educate your Vets to inform the clients about this BEFORE they see you. I rather would have gone in the week for nail trimming.

My doggie didn't make to no fault of the vets who I found caring and understanding however I was horrified to my core at the receptionist when I went back to speak to the vet I was obviously in tears I was told by her to get over it and pull myself together his made losing my furbaby even harder and I was totally traumatized by her manner . She also charged me to speak to the vet for 5 min. Full consultation rates . I have never in my life been treated in such a way and I will never go back because of her .. but again Dr Wata was amazing and very understanding and can't fault the vets

The vet was wonderful and explained after treatment nicely. It was so clean and tidy there too. And I can only say that their prices are excellent compared to other Vet Hospitals & Rooms. Was very impressed. They even washed all my dogs bedding that was covered in blood. Very impressed and thank you so much for my dogs good care

Had a few bad experiences here and that is why I have resorted to leaving a review as most recently Iv had another run in with them - I called the receptionist to enquire on costs relating to Kennel Cough injection for 2x dogs that need to travel... She assured me its R280 each (already more than other Vets are charging) I specifically asked her are there any other costs involved she said NO just the injection cost.... Take the pups, come to pay.... R970!!! How does R280 x2 = R970??? I get told the Dr says its a vaccine cost and he is a new Vet so thats what he charges...really??? I will NEVER EVER go back, there is a reason I moved vets previously, thought I would give them another chance but theres NO WAY.... I do not recommend this vet to anyone...there's always some hidden cost or necessary" treatment for them to be able to MILK you...."

Honestly, The Vet really helped me and my pup during New Year’s Day after an incident occurred out of my regular home town, And for that I am grateful…. Service wise I have no complaints . But the pricing is quite steep here. My regular vet in the Northern Jhb Suburbs was quite shocked.. but overall happy with services rendered.
