The mechanic was honest that my car dont need a CV joint, just ghreas. Thet saved me a lot of money. They perform a awesome job.

Broke down, took it in. Was told they would call with diagnosis and quote, they did not phone, I had to call and enquire, only to be told the repairs are already done and the cost I need to pay. They did not even phone to tell me it can be collected. Plug wires replaced at R600 parts cost and R1400 labour. So did not do as they promised with calling before repairing. When collecting the car, some of the carseat covers were pulled off to the side, muddy scratch marks on the interior door trim and the car stinks of petrol and grease, to a nausiating extent, I need to get the seats steam cleaned now to get it out as it is nearly undrivable with these levels of fumes inside. Would recommend in a pinch, but will be going back to my regular mechanic in Cape Town going forward again. Did appreciate their speedy willingness to assist and the car is working again, hence the two stars.

Really wonderful service. Staff and owners are very friendly and understanding. They went the extra mile to help us. Our ou vrou had to get some serious work done, and they treated her and us like kings. I will not use any other Audi service centre in Paarl but Volksie SC going forward. Pricing is very reasonable and the workmanship, feedback and advice is superb.. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Maybe two 5 star reviews will do... :-)
