Great store, good location, and well stocked.Unfortunately, the Staff could not be more unhelpful if they tried. Even by Cape Town standards, the service is very poor.

After coming from shockingly terrible service at C.U.M Canal Walk, this branch was slightly less shocking.None of the staff offered to help, but at least when we asked for assistance they were friendly, although unhelpful.One staff member used her phone for the torch(load shedding) but was on her phone the entire time.

Friendly staff, well laid out store, a bit short on hiking and camping gear, but carries the essentials.Got a good range of outdoor clothing. But the staff are friendly and will tell you which branch to visit if they don't stock what you need.A worthwhile place to shop.

I had the best treatment and service here. The sales staff were very quick to find what I was looking for and extremely helpful when needing to reserve the item at another store. They made it feel like a luxury shopping experience to be honest.(I reserved an item at Blue Route branch and my experience there was the complete opposite, would not recommend).

I have just tried calling 3x in the space of 10minutes. No answer.How does one follow up to check if an item online is in store and then the phone is not answered ? ?I have been a customer for years, but it seems the service level of this particular store in the last while has gone down. My previous couple of visits, I felt I was disturbing someone when I asked for assistance, and they were not busy with other clients. Most disconcerting. UPDATE: I received a call back after a week. I don't think it is because of this review though.

PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!NO SENSE OF URGENCYI was first told by Riedwaan Bailey that the fund would reflect in my bank account after 3-5 working days. After 5 working days, I then called to find out what the delay was.I was then told it is actually 3-7 working days and not 5.I am extremely annoyed as it has been over 2 weeks since I've been waiting for my refund!

Great store with a fair selection of camping and outdoor gear and apparel.It would have been nice if the floor staff were more helpful and offered to provide assistance.

The variety is great! The prices are also. I had to look for someone to assist me but I got great help from one of the gents work there. Absolutely stoked with my new boots! Will be going back again!
