They never answer the damn phone

WENT TO MTM in Steenberg Village on Wednesday pm. No greeting. No helloAsked a simple question and was given no help nor explanation. Someone standing outside completely ignored by the 2 staff inside. This shop has gone downhill big time since the manager Andrea left. I am due for an upgrade and will go to Sun Valley to have it done. Rubbish service at Steenberg which reflects badly on the MTN brand.
