Got my pajama pants for winter. Bought one 3yrs ago and its the softest most comfortable thing I own! Thank you for the friendly service at the till, Mara :-) She professionally explained the returns and exchange policy to me. Hold on to this lady Pep management!.... She is a breath of freah air when great customer service is so rare these days!

Service was okay.Quick assistance with Paxi order.However, it was difficult to communicate with staff during loadshedding as there was no signage or notice on doors. The staff inside did not inform us why the doors were locked and when or if they would open again.

Bought a decoder from Pep when I got home my wife already got for me and installed,took it back for refund the next day,staff were amazing within 5 minutes it was sorted out,amazing service and friendly staff a credit the brand Pep.

I went looking for school shirts, long sleeve as im sure most parents wouldbe doing right now, but no other stores had stock. PEP u can rely on, school unifirm all year round.. Only problem is your size markings are unusual, 141/2 inch, nee man can we please keep it at age sizes. 11 to 12 years, 9 to 10 years.... And so on.
