WARNING Scam artistsThey post positive reviews on many sites. They use credible company's name such as Outsurance as their insurer. They give people a very good price, then ask for a deposit. Then they tell you stories, or like in my instance they never come to pick our furniture up for your move. They refuse to repay you back. Other people they trick in other ways. They stop answering your phone calls emails. They use different names for their business. They should be in prison.We should give all the details publicly and get them in prison.We were left with occupational rent we had to pay etc. We had to urgently get another company to move us from one province to another.They are unafraid of the policeShould we not stand together against them.

This is a really good company you can really rely on. Their services are very efficient and they have great customer care. They are very professional and very affordable. They moved and delivered my stuff on time and in perfect condition.

Dishonest from the get go. They do not communicate unless they want money from you. Delivery was not completed even after a five day delay as we had to get another company to do their job for them. They send invalid delivery and tracking details and have to be chased and called multiple times before you get a response from them……

Really an unpleasant experience. I did have a shared load but, my goods were delivered almost a week later than agreed I was never advised of this possibility and only found out about the delay after eventually reaching someone who knew what was happening. Items were damaged and wet. After service is also nonexistent. Have been trying for almost a month to get feedback on damages. Not even getting excuses anymore just being ignored flat out.

Stay Away!!! Stay Away!! Stay Away!!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!! Actually service is non existent. False advertising, they will quote you the cheapest prices then almost triple the charge once they have your furniture, Missed my flights because they did not arrive on the said date, no communication when delivering my furniture, I was informed when they arrived at the address with no arrangements whatsover!! Damaged my furniture, TV Screen shattered, promised they would claim from their non existent Insurance and still I wait 3months later. As of Tinashe the Sales Rep, you are a disgrace to the service industry, go back and herd cattles!!

It was an absolute pleasure planning my relocation with these guys. They always kept me updated and notified me through every step of the process. Thank you Tino and Needmore for all your help , patience and kindness. My family and I really appreciate it .

If I could rate this so-called moving company in the negative, I would. Absolutely appalling service, zero accountability for damages. Zero delivery on promises made. Refusal to answer calls or emails after the fact.Very, very quick to take money though.I cannot recommend anyone find another choice for moving any more than is possible.This was easily the worst moving company I've ever had the displeasure of handing over a lot of money to.In closing: FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY, ANY. DOESN'T MATTER, COULDN'T BE WORSE THAN THIS ONE!Edit: As I cannot reply to this response from Curative, consider this as a response.CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND WHATSAPP AND TEXT MESSAGES. I have repeatedly and exhaustively tried to contact you via email, WhatsApp, text and telephone call. You simply ignored all attempts at trying to contact you ON THE DAY this happened and then for a full week thereafter. Only now that there is a public review do you acknowledge my grievance.PATHETIC

Choose another moving company. Not responsive; quoted and we paid for services not rendered.- our goods did NOT arrive on a closed truck as agreed and paid for, it was on a trailer and subsequently picked up considerable damage- none of the goods were wrapped as indicated on the inventory list and quoted for, nor were there any blankets to protect our valuables as promised- even though they assured us from the start, this company is definitely NOT equipped to move pianos and they should never have said they are.

This organisation is extremely tactful in their attempt to steal money from the public. Do not use this organisation or you may be a victim of financial harm as well as fraud. Look at all of the ratings! Do not trust the staff or their manager with your money or goods. They stole half of my money, R1600 when I cancelled with them, I was not even a client of theirs for a week. Do not pay them upfront.
