I absolutely enjoyed this place. Small, quiet, calm.The service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond and were friendly.The bathroom were so nicely equipped. I even liked their complimentary body wash which just smelt so good. The food was delicious. We used the cinema room which was a fun experience. The pool looks better at night than during the day but not a deal-breaker. The bedroom were cosy. Definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous place with excellent staff and food. The beach is a short walk away. The decor is an older style which isn't necessarily everyones taste but it's ok.

We have visited No.5 from the beginning years ago and it was incredible. I took my husband out for a surprise night out as it was his birthday recently. I was disappointed to see how neglected it's become. Curtains in dining area had a portion sagging from not being hooked in and they were mouldy, our suite lounge rug looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, my bedside lamp was faulty I cud put it on and off by moving the wire. Staff were lovely but price not worth it.

I went for a massage, was a bit late and the staff were cool, patient and very friendly. I would recommend their services.

Food was amazing. Had a liute function with some colleagues and we enjoyed the food ,the service was beyond expectations. Always my to go to place when I want to dress up

Lovely staff, professional and friendly. Breakfasts really great. In room dining not value for money, quality just okay. Rooms spacious, super clean and lovely. Some rooms in need of replacing tired furniture pieces, but overall, a luxury feel.

Well situated. Friendly staff and great food. Interesting decor and art all over the hotel and public areas making walking around super interesting and informative.

Beautiful common spaces, excellent staff, very good breakfast. We had to change room due to mosquito infestation (not kidding, never seen that before). The WiFi was practically nonexistent in the rooms we tried which is absolutely unacceptable. It would be a great place if they fix these issues.
