My journey started with Adele 4 months ago when my body was screaming for some much needed attention. Her technique and attention to my pain points left me feeling renewed after the 1st session. I'm now a regular client of Adele's as I feel the great benefit of working with her on a more frequent basis.Over the last few months, her advise on daily movement has given me an awareness of where some of my weaknesses are and what requires work for improvement.Adele is a excellent therapist. I was fortunate enough to get a booking with Adele just before leaving for a hike in the Drakensberg. I had hurt my back and neck in the gym and was concerned about carrying a backpack for 4 days. From the moment that I met Adele, I knew that I was in very capable hands. In addition to relieving the pain and tension with Myofascial release, she spent time explaining the muscle imbalance that was pulling my body out of alignment and where I could focus my gym effort. This was a truly invaluable insight. Thank you Adele!

Adele is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever come across. I’ve struggled with severe nerve issues as well as chronic neck and upper back pain - even had surgeries to resolve it - but Adele’s work to loosen up the tight muscles and bring freedom back to my movement has done more than anything else to relieve my pain with long-lasting results. Honestly. She has miracle hands. Her anatomy knowledge is immense and highly skilled at targeting the real problem areas. Plus she’s so lovely, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Have recommended her to many friends who all say the same. Wish I could give her 10 stars.

Adele is phenomenal. I had a chronic pain in my left shoulder for over a year. Adele knew immediately what to do and a few weeks later I was pain free for the first time in ages. I have recommended her to many of my friends, family and even clients. Every single one came back with fantastic feedback. Most are regulars now.
