Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!!!! If I could rate zero I would!!!!My one order came without any side dish and without sauce just the bun and the one patty after I ordered a double sauce burger with chips and onions rings. The food was cold cold cold when it got here and it was not even an hour after I placed my order.It seems they pay NO attention to online orders because they dont have to deal with the customers or fix their mistakes.And when I tried to phone the phone was picked up and immediatly put down again in my ear.Horrid service!!!I had to log a querie for my last three orders places with Spur...Backwards is no way to go San Diego Spur!!!!And being busy is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE!!!!!! ITS YOUR AIM TO BE BUSY!!!!!

Spur is family oriented, baby could practice her new walking skills in spur without anyone looking or reacting annoyed. Really good service by out waitress and the manager, the food were delicious, however I had a bad experience with the ribs, which the manager sorted out and replaced immediately, without any hassle. I’m pleasantly surprised

My table of 5 people experienced very poor service. Although the place was full, we received our food long after we ordered and some of the items were not properly cooked. Our desert order was placed but we also waited for almost an hour. The service was really not what we are used to at other Spur branches. We will not come here again.When I made my payment, the cashier called the manager and I explained to him why I was not happy with the service and food. He did apologize for our not so happy experience and offered to adjust our final bill. This gesture is much appreciated, and I hope that it will be the start to improved service and quality of the food. If we do visit the branch again in future, it will be judged against our recent experience.I also received a call from the branch manager last week. He offered an unreserved apology which I also accepted. As I told him, the Worcester Spur was one of our most frequented eateries in the past and we want to keep it that way.Nevertheless, my faith in good old fashion service is restored and I want to encourage others to speaks up whenever they are not totally satisfied.
