Had a terrible experience for the first time today. One of the staff members forced me to use the sanitizer provided and accused me of having water in my personal sanitizer bottle. Another staff - member when asked what flavour pies were available - responded saying I believe there are labels in front of you". Terribly disappointed as this Shell is the one I recommend to all family friends and even work colleagues."

I was Lost in Welkom. I have never been in this area. Language barrier made things worse..But Nandoos in Bethlehem was my worst experience. I was served my take away food without some thing to eat witt.When I tried to find out, I was told I should have asked. But I thought when you sell the type of food ,you must also provide the cutlery.

Rude manager with no emotional intelligence, screamed and wagged his fingers at me during a disagreement. I desperately needed the toilet but I didn't have a R2. This is so disappointing especially because I only use Shell service stations.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!! I won’t even gove one star to Shell Welkom. You have to pay for toilets per person and for a big family travelling without cash that’s a problem. Then I pay for a baby and there is NO BABY CHANGING FACILITIES????????? Crazy!After that we supported the shop. My daughter ordered something from Torrador and waited and waited.I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
