Bought 1/4 lamb from Chatsworth spar on 22/09/22 a few days later I took the meat out for cooking it was dark brown and dry. Cooked the curry only to realize the meat is funny and tasted sour. Phoned the store and spoke to the butchery manager said we must bring the receipt to the store for a refund of the meat only to get there and speak to another lady who says we can only get refunded for the meat we brought back and to get a full refund we should have brought the off curry into the store .chatsworth spar butcher managers clearly don't know what their doing

Milk expiring the next day is not discountedVegetables in fridge is not capped properlyI think it could be packed properly and will last longer or sold little cheaper than dumping the stuffLike pick n pay put their milk 3 days before it expires on special

service so bad. imagine,I was in rush,because I'm a driver. I doing delivery service to people, when I asked for help to one of the manager, if he can allowed me to pass at staff place, he said noooo I must go.to.the queue. imagine how dav she was. no human bee at the shop.

Just bought chicken flatties that have gone off clearly the meat does not appear to be following proper cold storage guidelines. Really disappointing shopping in this store.

Made the mistake of shopping @ this spar, 23/12/22, 9am, waited +- 20 minutes in the express que, only 1 slow cashier, 10 customers in que, staff standing around not opening another till even though they can see the line getting longer, customers had to ask if they can't open another till, staff started getting arrogant, rude and disrespectful towards customers because we asked for another till to be open. Elderly people in the que were getting tired but useless staff and management were not concerned. The useless as dried dog poo staff and management are only interested in profit margins and are oblivious to customers needs and customer service, customer service in this store is non existent.

I just left this store disappointed and appalled at the behaviour from the lady at the service desk. I lost a parcel with valuable items in the store. At first she assisted by calling the control room and made an announcement but when I asked if they found anything she said it would take time to view the cameras as the store is busy. She seemed irritated and disinterested when I went back saying that they did all they could. My point was that the person that has my parcel could still be in the store but she responded with they could also be gone. Already upset she further made me irritated by saying to another staff member that the responsibility is with the customer. This comment was not helping the situation and I would never shop here again.

Their customer service is revolting, it's as if the staff has received no basic training in social etiquette. The manager is incapable of knowing in what social settings sarcasm is acceptable and when it shows a lack of empathy for the person you are speaking to and this is unacceptable if you're handling a customer. I have never encountered such insolence from a business especially when trying to resolve an issue
