People have always been friendly and helpful. In the 5 years i have used their storage units, there was always someone to assist me with moving my stuff to and from the car. Nilla in finance has always been timeous with invoices or assisting in unpgrading unit sizes and space. Their storage units are clean and extremely secure. A definite recommendation if you need a little or allot of stuff to store safely

Reading the rest of these reviews is by far the same treatment I got.Every time I have come to my storage unit the premises has been unorganized, bad communication between office and security guard (who was extremely rude, and acted like we were asking him to pull blood from a stone) who is supposed to let you in.When clearing out my storage unit everything was covered in a thick layer of dust like someone had been sanding either above or outside the unit my possessions were in. Eezispace really needs to work on their customer service and experience at the premises.

The service provided by the team has been phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and professional, and continuously go beyond the call of duty. The facility is also very well looked after and very competitively priced. I run a small business and have appreciated the support provided to me particularly where I am not available to receive deliveries. Highly recommended!

Clean, tidy, safe and they have trollies customers can use and the staff.... WOW. The guy at the front desk knows exactly what is going on and there is an older gentleman named Peter who goes above and beyond to assist. I was loading my car alone and he stopped what he was doing to come and help me, when I was alone in the storage room at the bottom he came to check on me every now and then to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend.

Thank you Nilla and Eddie for the assistance you gave me. You guys were very helpful. My items were kept safe and when I had them delivered by Girls on The Move, nothing was missing, I was also impressed to find the locker attached.
