My go to for various food and whatever needed in toys and bones etc, for my rescue dog. Always great service, and if I need something ordered, I just phone ahead and ask the staff to put it in their next order. Always get good service, friendly smiles and chats with the staff. Highly recommend Pet Plus Lakeside.

3 June 2017. Incorrect price for Eukanuba 15kg was displayed. Price on shelf R830. Price at till R883. After indicating this the shop assistant refused to correct the price owing saying that the price on the shelf is a suggestion and may be altered and that the consumer act, is not relevant.

Pathetic service. Lady on duty basically brushed me off when asking her question about a African Gray toy. So I left without purchasing a thing and will never purchase from them. Get some customer service training.
