Since beginning of 2019 your wifi sucks, I pay for a service that I don't get! Then Every week I have to phone in to complain.... PLEASE tell us - your loyal customers what are you doing to upgrade the towers and handle all the traffic you have to the towers!!!! I really don't think you can handle all the fact that Bronberg almost tippled in the last year!!!!

BronbergWISP.. A Nightmare At Wapadrand... Another company falling into the pit of BAD service, Horrifying. I always spoke highly of BronbergWISP but lately I cannot. Logged a call 10days ago for inconsistent ping, I was assured that a Senior tech will look into it and call me back. 10days later and still NO callback.... Yes I received 2 mails from them with their findings, which I did reply back to, but they must think their users are a bunch of idiots. I know how my internet connection was a few weeks back compared to now. My son and I could play Fortnite, while my son was streaming to Youtube (720p) and the wife watching the stream at a 170ms to 200ms inGame Ping, now we cannot even game together without HIGH ping and High % Packet loses (ranging from 220ms to 700ms +). I have phoned 8 of the 10days, each time getting a different answer from the Helpdesk Techs. Like I have mentioned many times before, I do not expect special Red carpet treatment but at least call me back and fix my internet.Ticket: #583581

I am very happy with the service and product provided. Bronberg is always willing to assist and my wi-fi is running 99.5 of the time (unless a power failure) . Throughout lockdown this as worked 100 % for me. I always get hold of the after hours if needed - not frequent either that this is needed.

Extremely slow during the day, earlier today they came to my house claming that the internet is fine, an hour after they left I couldn't even watch netflix or search for anything on google... Im currently using a 10mb download package, but my download speed is less than 1mb....

This is definitely the worst service ever. If you're ever thinking of making use of their services, please re-think. You pay almost double for a service that's constantly off, or they're working on something or they'll check what the issue is. Thank goodness my contract expires at the end of September

How disappointing. i have been a client of Bronberg for a while now. Way more than a year maybe even more than two. I had a good experience with them until now. So here is my story:I requested a reallocation for my wifi to my new address for end of February 2019. I was instructed to give as much time beforehand as possible because they had to do a line of sight test and also to ensure there would be technicians available. I also prefer it that way for then we would have wifi already as we moved into our new address. I did as requested and the appointment for reallocation was scheduled. However on the day of the reallocation, the technician removed my wifi from my previous address but when he came to my new address it was brought to my attention that there was no line of site done beforehand. there were no line of site for me and the tower that my wifi can pick up is to crowded so they are not allowed to connect me to that tower. And then they left. I tried to sort it out but the only option they gave me is to wait for a tower upgrade (which they don't know how long it would take but it won't be soon) or just look for another company to assist me. The funny thing is that my new neighbor is using Bronberg, because we told them about the good service we received from them. Just to find out that we were dumped like trash. I don't think that this is the kind of service than anyone deserves. I would like for someone from Bronberg to contact me and give me a sulloution on this problem for we are still without wifi. Maybe then I will change my review. But i'm not getting my hopes up again.

Bronbergwisp does not handle Data Top-ups in favor of the client; for example, suppose you pay for uncapped Internet with a 100GB Fair Usage Policy applied and you use your paid for uncapped data" until 130GB (where the 30GB was and 1/8th the speed uncapped) and you decide to top up 50GB

They have no idea how to reply to emails. Infact they do not reply at all. Its been 3 weeks and still waiting for any form of response. Basically dont waste any time with them because if that is how bad their communication is I do not want to know how bad their service delivery might be.

Our internet went down and they could not help over the phone. After the heavy rains they finally came to fix the problem, just so it could go down a day later. I phoned last night and Kyle promised to phone me back as he had to investigate, I'm still waiting. After two hours I phoned again and spoke to Juandre, also promised to phone back as he had to call in senior staff to assist, needless to say I am still waiting for that call as well. If this is their customer service, I can see difficulties for them in the future.
